...even our moms can have some fun with friends:D. You might have never thought of your mom having some goofy fun with their friends...no matter the age I think evry friendship deserves to have some silly fun sometimes! Write about a time one of your friends had some fun being silly!

Wise quote

You can earn money, fame, or Education, but you can never earn friends.   -Candice Gibbons

Swimming in the winter is not that realistic, but when your indoors, and with your sisters, you can't beat that! Its true with all of the seasons. If you notice that when its winter, people want summer. If its summer, people want winter. Its simple. I remember when I was little, it was winter and my sisters and I got in our swimsuits and had a 'beach party' in our living room! I also remember in the summer I got in my winter coat and played outside. Its a pattern with the human nature. My mom says, "wherever you are, be there." Its meaning, to be thankful what has been placed in front of you, to not be thinking of what you don't have but focus on what you do. If you want, think of all the blessings you have. If you want, you can write me a comment about it.

I love my dad and mom! They are important people and God sent them to help raise and guide us as well as train us. But most of all, they can be a friend to you when you need to lean on someone. They are special because they used to be your age too! You can ask what they were like when they were kids or ask about what school they went to. It's simple. Your parents are their for you. God knew you would need them and so he placed them in your life. What are some things you like about your parents?

Meet Mimi! My great-grandmother on my dad's side of the family! She moved from Mississippi to Sparta to be closer to us! She and my Papa are generous people and I love them. The elderly people are very smart and they need to be treated with respect. They have lived longer than us and they know more about life and decisions. They know how you feel right now at your age because they have been that age and they know what you're feeling, (well, maybe not word for word) and what you need! -Candice

Friends are important. Friends can help us grow. Friends can make you smile. The right friends can help us do those things. If a friend discourages you or makes you feel down, then that must mean that friend has no intrest in you. Also, another circumstance is if the friend is going through sadness, or is having a hard time at home, then that means the friend NEEDS encouragement. Friends don't have to be someone who lives near you, or has connection, but there is one who does just that. His name is Jesus. He's a cool guy. You might have heard that name before, but this one has a friendship everlasting! You can have that relationship too! If you need prayer to ask Jesus to come be your friend then say this prayer, "Dear Jesus, I need a friend. I need someone to tell my feelings to. I need someone whom I can rely on. Please be my friend forever and ever. I know I am a sinner and I will trust in you. Please help me to trust in you no matter what. Amen." To some

> This week my baby sister, Angel (age 2), was in the hospital with respitory issues for three days. She made it out okay and I am thankful for her. I love her. Even though sometimes she comes in my room and gets into things, she still is important to me. One day I even saved her life when she was choking on apples. Ever since then I have been thinking, "What if I had not been there for her?!" "What if she had choked and no one saw her?!" You may have not saved your sister's life from a life-threatening issue, but that is no excuse for not being there for them in other situations. They need you! And God sent them in your family for a purpose!
